Self Esteem Test Comes In 2 Parts!

This self esteem test is divided into 2 parts. The first part has to do with temporary low self esteem and the second part with chronic low self esteem.

Now to have high self esteem one MUST:

1). Know oneself on the outside as well as on the inside. What does this mean? We live in 2 worlds – the outside world made up of people, places and things and the inside world made up of thoughts, feelings and our spiritual self whatever one conceives that to be.

Outside world

To know oneself on the outside world is to think and feel good about what you are doing, who you are relating to and where you live and work.

Inside world

Self esteem “lives” in our inner world because our inner world is made up of our thoughts and feelings and self esteem is how we genuinely honestly think and feel about ourselves. To know oneself in the inner world is to like ourselves and be comfortable with who we are.

2). Take responsibility for oneself and everything in one’s world. No person, place or thing makes us do what we do, think what we think or feel what we feel. It’s all us!!

3). Do what we love doing. Self explanatory.

Know yourself, there is nothing else to seek and do what you love sums up a person with high self esteem.

Self Esteem Test

Most of us have some degree of low self esteem. This self esteem test determines where we are in relation to temporary low self esteem or chronic low self esteem.

Temporary Low Self Esteem:

1). Do you have some “bad days” mixed in with your “good days”?

2). In general or on average, do you dislike yourself and also have days where you like yourself?

3). Are your relationships mostly healthy with some that are toxic?

4). Are you out of shape but nothing life threatening?

5). Do you sometimes have money issues?

6). Do you have a dislike/like relationship with your job?

If you answered Yes to any of the above questions you have temporary low self esteem.

Chronic Low Self Esteem

1). Do your “bad days” outnumber your “good days?

2). In general and on average, do you dislike yourself?

3). Are your relationships (family and friends) mostly toxic?

4). Do you have poor health? Over or underweight? Depressed?

5). Is having enough money a constant problem?

6). Do you hate your job and feel this is all there is?

If you answered YES to any of the above questions you have chronic low self esteem.
