This self esteem quiz is designed to help you determine where you are at in regards to your self esteem.
It is NOT designed to grade you or score your intelligence regarding your self esteem.
It is a road map from low self esteem to high self esteem. The quiz will be a guide to show you where on this map you are located. There are instructions to help you along on your journey depending on where you’re at. Enjoy your trip!!

Self esteem is our most honest, sincere opinion, of who we are. It is also our most honest, sincere feeling about who we are. Honest opinion and feeling. Remember this.
Be as honest as possible in answering the questions. The answers are based on a scale of 1 to 10. 1 meaning the lowest possible and 10 meaning the highest possible. Remember, no one is judging you. You are not competing with anyone. You don’t have to be perfect or do it perfectly. There is nothing to prove.
YOU ALREADY DO IT MORE THAN GOOD ENOUGH. YOU ARE ALREADY WORTHY. YOU ARE GOOD ENOUGH JUST AS YOU ARE!!
The ONLY condition is to be honest. Why? Because by being honest you have more of an accurate map of where you are at in terms of your self esteem. If you are dishonest with any of the questions, your map is inaccurate and won’t help you get to high self esteem.
Think of this self esteem quiz as nothing but a useful tool. Tools are good to have around. They make our lives easier.
Please answer the following questions using the scale 1 to 10. 1 meaning the lowest possible and 10 meaning the highest possible. If you don’t know the answer, leave it and come back to it. Use your intuition if you can’t figure it out right away. Sometimes our “inner knowing”, just knows what the answer is if we give it a chance.
Remember there are NO RIGHT OR WRONG ANSWERS.
Also remember: 1 is the lowest possible and 10 is the highest possible.

2). Are you currently depressed?
3). Are you overweight?
4). Do you generally feel happy, healthy and successful?
5). Are your relationships based on mutual love, trust and respect?
6). Do you have any unresolved money problems?
7). Any mental health issues?
8). Are you comfortable in expressing all your feelings?
9). Do you feel emotionally suppressed?
10). Do you have any addiction issues?
If you scored yourself 1 to 5 on questions 1, 2, 3,6,7,9 and 10 and 7 to 10 on questions 4, 5 and 8 you have good to high self esteem.
If you scored yourself over 5 on questions 1,2,3,6,7,9 and 10 and 6 or less on questions 4,5 and 8 you have low self esteem.
The higher the numbers for questions 1,2,3,6,7,9 and 10 increases the chances of having low self esteem.
Having low self esteem doesn’t mean anything bad about a person. It just means that there’s work to do to help feel better about themselves. That’s all.
