This low self esteem test is a simple and direct test to see if one has low self esteem and ultimately what to do about it.

Having low self esteem doesn’t mean anything about you. It doesn’t mean you are less than others, “more stupid”, can’t get it together, never amount to anything, etc etc. All the self-critical, self-judging that we do to ourselves is completely unnecessary.
There are only 2 states of being as humans. A person’s love and a person’s cry for love. When we are in the clutches of low self esteem, we are crying out for love. As you will see later in this article it is our own love we are crying out for!

4). Are your relationships with non-family members toxic? Are they based on conditional love, manipulation, control, obligation and sacrifice, domination, right versus wrong?

5). Are your relationships with family members toxic? Are they based on conditional love, manipulation, control, obligation and sacrifice, domination, right versus wrong?

6). Are you constantly broke? Is lack of money an ongoing issue? Do you run out of money before the end of the month? Do you put off paying for all the monthly bills because there just isn’t enough money?

7). Do you hate your job? Are you just in it for the money? Do you feel this is all you deserve and it can’t get any better? Is it hard to keep a job?

High Self Esteem: 7 to 28
Good Self Esteem: 29 to 49
Low Self Esteem: 50 to 70
As I said earlier whether you have low self esteem or not is not that important. It’s what you do about it that’s important.
