New Way Of Using Self Esteem Affirmations!

A self esteem affirmation is a positive, in the present moment, statement designed to change one’s mindset from a negative one to a positive one. In so doing, one’s external circumstances can change to reflect the new positive mindset. In other words, your outer world now reflects your inner world. Your external circumstances now mirror your new positive belief. For example:

Say my most negative thought I have about myself is I am not deserving. I turn that negative statement around into a positive self esteem affirmation and write: I, Dave, am a deserving man. Now before, my external circumstances mirrored back to me in various ways, that I am not deserving. After several weeks of writing this new positive self esteem affirmation, my circumstances change to more positive ones reflecting my new belief. The outer always reflects the inner.

The New Way!

I write in the first person, I, Dave am a deserving man, 10 times on a piece of paper.

Then I write in the second person, You, Dave are a deserving man, also 10 times.

Finally, I write in the third person, Dave is a deserving man, 10 times.

This new way of writing positive self esteem affirmations has a more well-rounded approach than I previously showed you on my web site. It incorporates what you say, what others say and finally what is being said about you. It handles this by being in the first, second and third persons.

This is a very powerful way to write affirmations. Again, take the most negative thought you have about yourself and flip it around into a positive, in the present moment, self esteem affirmation, and use this new method to create positive change in your life. This may take several weeks of writing out the affirmation 30 times a day.

Be patient with the process. When you start feeling better within and your external circumstances start to change to reflect your new belief that’s when you’ll know things are changing.
