Self Esteem Training To Raise Self Esteem!

This self esteem training article is simply designed to give you a taste of a training session when it comes to self esteem. Before we begin, again what is self esteem? Self esteem is our honest, sincere opinion and feeling about who we are. It is not our self-criticisms or our self-judgements. They come from our ego mind.


Self Esteem Training

The sole purpose of self esteem training is to raise our self esteem. When our self esteem has been increased:

1). We naturally feel better about ourselves.

2). We stop putting up with what we don’t want.

3). We focus more on what we do want.

4). We make better choices.

5). We let go of toxic relationships.

6). We make room for and attract healthier relationships into our lives.

7). We take better care of ourselves.

8). We resolve our money issues.

9). We stop reacting to external circumstances, no longer thinking and feeling like a victim.

10). We start creating our circumstances, having got back our personal power.

As you can see it is vitally important to improve our self esteem. With it, anything is possible. Without it, nothing is possible, just more of the same. The greatest gift one can give to this world, is to live a healed life!


So Now Let’s Begin The Self Esteem Training!

No matter where one is at, low self esteem or even no self esteem, what is the fastest, easiest way to improve one’s self esteem?

Learn to take responsibility for oneself and one’s life. To the degree that we are responsible for ourselves and our life, is the degree we get our personal power back. Having personal power means that we now have CHOICE in the matter. We stop thinking and feeling like a victim of our circumstances and actually begin to focus on what we want rather than complain about what we don’t have or want.

No person, place or thing, can make us think what we think, feel what we feel, or do what we do. It’s all us!!


Exercise

Take a 8” by 11” sheet of paper and draw a 3 inch circle in the middle. Doesn’t have to be perfect. Now on the outside area of the circle print the following:

My thoughts

My feelings

All my judgements

All my actions

My relationships

My body

My money

My education

My job/career

My health

In the circle write the answer to the following question:

What do all these things have in common?

Take your time. What do my thoughts, feelings, judgements, actions etc etc all have in common?

ME!!. What they all have in common is ME! No person, place or thing, can make us think what we think, feel what we feel or do what we do. It’s all us!

If you answered ME to the above question you will see and feel an immediate improvement to your self esteem.

If you didn’t answer or had some other answer other than ME, take heart, just by reading this article you are improving your self esteem. Change your answer and write out ME in the circle. There’s nothing like being wrong and happy! Have a willingness to change.
